Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-27

These terms define the baseline rules for using tview. A signed customer order form, pilot agreement, DPA, or enterprise agreement overrides conflicting self-serve terms.

Permitted use

  • Use tview only for lawful recruiting, candidate assessment, and related workflow automation.
  • Do not upload unlawful, discriminatory, malicious, or irrelevant personal data.
  • Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, tenant isolation, access controls, metering, or security controls.

Customer responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for candidate notices, lawful basis, consent where required, and employment-law compliance.
  • Customers must review AI-assisted outputs before making employment decisions.
  • Customers must keep API keys, admin access, webhook secrets, and billing settings secure.

Service changes

tview may change features, pricing, limits, integrations, or APIs. Production API changes should follow the documented versioning and deprecation policy where applicable.

Warranty and liability

Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, the service is provided as-is during pilot and early access use. No automated score or AI-generated recommendation should be treated as the sole basis for hiring decisions.

Suspension

tview may suspend access for security risk, non-payment, abuse, suspected unlawful use, or material breach.
