tview processes recruitment data for companies, partners, and candidates. This policy explains the minimum production handling rules for the hosted tview product and Partner API.
Data we process
- Account and organization data from WorkOS, including user identifiers, email, organization, and role metadata.
- Recruitment project data, job descriptions, pipeline steps, candidate invitations, application status, screening answers, task submissions, and interview metadata.
- Uploaded candidate files such as CVs and related profile data.
- Operational data such as request IDs, rate-limit events, usage, webhook delivery status, and billing records.
How we use data
- To operate candidate screening and recruiter workflows.
- To generate and evaluate role-specific screening content when requested.
- To provide support, security monitoring, billing, abuse prevention, and auditability.
- To send configured Partner API webhooks and service notifications.
AI processing
Job descriptions, pipeline configuration, candidate responses, and submitted work may be sent to configured AI providers to generate questions, summarize, or evaluate applications. Customers should not submit special-category data unless they have a lawful basis and explicit agreement coverage.
Retention and deletion
Retention is governed by the customer agreement or DPA. In absence of a custom agreement, production operators should follow the retention runbook and delete/export customer data upon verified customer request where legally required.
Contact
Privacy, deletion, export, or security requests should be sent to the support/security contact configured in the customer agreement or operations runbook.
